ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17838 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27667 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 that he should appear before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27667 of 2024 by order dated 05.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17838 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27667 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 is relaxed.
