ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in view of the decree granted by the learned District Munsif, Sathyamangalam, in O.S.No.12 of 2013. According to the learned counsel, the suit was decreed as prayed for.

2. In view of the subsequent development as indicated above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
