ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order dated 23.11.2016 in I.A.No.1105 of 2016 in O.S.No.61 of 2015.

2. Today, when the matter is came up for hearing, Mr.Sabarish represents the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.Balaganesh represents the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent. Both the learned counsel sought time to get the present status of the Suit.

3. However, on the verification of the e-court website it is found that, the main Suit itself has been disposed of on 05.03.2018 and as such, nothing survives for consideration in the Civil Revision Petition.

4. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.20568 of 2016 is closed.
