2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the third respondent forwarded the petitioner's police verification report to the first respondent, based on which, the first respondent has acted upon and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.
