This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has sent the complaint by post. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry by calling the opposite parties and take action in accordance with law, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs.
