The Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Subordinate Court, Tambaram to dispose HMOP No.276 of 2015 within a period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no Interlocutory application pending as of today and it is prayed that it would suffice, if the Court below is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P. within a time, as may be fixed by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid facts and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that without expressing opinion on the merits of the case and inclined to direct the Sub Court Tambaram to dispose of the H.M.O.P. 276 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after providing opportunity to the parties concerned. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition CRP is disposed of. No costs.
