(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the above Tax Case Appeal.

2. Mr.M.Abdul Wafiq, learned counsel, who takes notice the respondent submitted that he has no objection in this petition being allowed.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
