Mr.V.Prabhu, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.S.Sethuraman, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent, who is being represented through the learned counsel, Mr.P.R.Pradeep.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to grant loan to the petitioner under the "Prime Minister Mudra Loan Yojana Scheme".

3.It is stated that the petitioner seems to avail loan from the second respondent-Bank under the Prime Minister Mudra Loan Yojana and an application was made before the second respondentBank as early as 14.02.2018. The grievances of the petitioner is that the said application has not been considered so far, despite several remainders sent by her to the second respondentBank. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondentBank submitted that the petitioner has not approached the Bank after submitting the application and therefore, only when she approaches the Bank, the claim of the writ petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on her application.

5.Considering the above said facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the second respondent-Bank with requisite documents in support of her claim for grant of loan under the above said scheme within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Once the petitioner appears before the second respondent-Bank with requisite documents, the second respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four(4) weeks thereafter.
