ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 15-04-2015 and give promotion to the post of B.T. Assistant Teacher in the Municipal Middle School, Annanagar, Arcot, Vellore District. 2.

With consent, the main writ petition itslef is taken up for final disposal.

In view of the limited prayer sought for to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15-04-2015, to promote her to the post of B.T. Assistant in the Municipal Middle School, Annanagar, Arcot, Vellore District, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the said representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
