This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 03.11.2016 made in I.A.No.12677 of 2016 in O.S.No.4027 of 2013 on the file of the VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself was decreed and in view of the same nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition and the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
