ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Both counsel state that, on 16.12.2024, while dismissing the appeal as withdrawn, the court has omitted to add the words "out of court" after the word "settled" in the first paragraph and no direction qua refund of court fees has been issued.

2. The order dated 16.12.2024, therefore, by consent is modified as under:

(a) In paragraph (1), after the word "settled" and before the words "and seeks", the words "out of court" be inserted;

(b) After paragraph (2), a third paragraph to be added as under:

"3. Refund, if any, of court fees shall be made in accordance with the rules."

3. Rest of the order remains unaltered. Original order to be corrected accordingly.
