ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents 1 to 2 for their willful disobedience to the order of this Court dated 12.01.2024 and made in WP.no.7548 of 2022, thereby directed the fourth respondent in the said writ petition to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of B.T.Assistant(Tamil) w.e.f. 09.07.2019 with all monetary and service benefits within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced order dated 07.05.2025 of the first respondent and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.no.7548 of 2022 dated 12.01.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid order dated 07.05.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid order dated 07.05.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
