This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in C.M.P.No.2821 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.664 of 2021 on 16.03.2022 to appear before the Inspector of Police, Race Course Police Station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Race Course Police Station once in a month for a period of five months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
