gsk O R D E R This application has been filed to extend the time to the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal for passing an award in the pending Arbitration proceedings between the applicant and the respondent herein by 6 months commencing from 13.02.2020.

2. When the matter was called, the learned counsels appearing for the parties through video conferencing submitted that since the arbitration proceedings were already completed and the matter is pending for only pronouncing orders, they have no objection for grant of extension of time as prayed by the learned counsel for the applicant in this application.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsels, this application is ordered as prayed for.
