ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.997 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that investigation in this case has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate -I at Villupuram, wherein the petitioner was shown as absconding accused.

3. For the said circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate -I at Villupuram and seek for bail and if such application is filed, the trial Court is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on the same day itself in the manner known to law.
