By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Junior Technician (daily wages), pursuant to the interview on 04.04.2013 as per memo No.E1/4055/TNSTC (Salem)/2013 dated 28.03.2013 of the second respondent with retrospective effect from the date of appointment of his immediate junior with all consequential benefits by submitting proposals to the third respondent and getting orders for relaxation of age qualification in his favour in the peculiar circumstances of the case.
3. Though the prayer in the Writ Petition is seeking to appoint the petitioner as Junior Technician, pursuant to the interview that was held on 04.04.2013, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2014, within a specified period on merits and in accordance with law.
4. In view of the narrow prayer made, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
