ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to sub divide the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to the writ petition and thereafter, issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the subdivided property based on the petitioner's application dated 07.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's application, as stated above, is directed to be disposed of by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of all necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application dated 07.01.2026.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's

application dated 07.01.2026, seeking for sub division of the subject property morefully disclosed in the prayer to the writ petition and after sub division, if the petitioner is found eligible for the issuane of separate patta, the 3rd respondent shall also consider the said request on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. No costs.
