O R D E R

This petition has been filed to call for the records and set aside the to order of dismissal in Crl.M.P.No.2335 of 2024 dated 03.02.2025 by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai and further order of recall the P.W1 in Spl.S.C.No.60 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner did not appear before the Trial Court regularly. Hence, the Trial Court has issued Non-Bailable Warrant against the petitioner and the same is pending. That apart, the learned Government Advocate would further submit that the Trial Court was directed to be posted "for Judgment" on 06.03.2025.
