O R D E R

The Criminal Revision Case is directed against the acquittal of the sole accused, made in S.T.C.No.1338 of 2007, dated 06.11.2008, on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi.

On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, the parties have filed a joint compromise memo, dated 5th January, 2014, duly signed by both the parties. The compromise entered into, is extracted hereunder:

"It is submitted that the petitioner filed the Criminal Revision Petition No.294 of 2010, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before this Hon'ble Court, against the judgment of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi in S.T.C.No.1338 of 2007, dated 06.11.2008. This Hon'ble Court directed the parties to pay the cost to the Revenue Department to Survey the lands of both the parties. As per this Hon'ble Court direction, the petitioner had paid the amount to the Revenue Department for carrying out the survey. In the meanwhile both the parties agreed to compromise themselves out of Court and both the parties have also settled among themselves. It is submitted that following is the settlement arrived at by both the parties:

(1) The 2nd respondent agrees to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.22 of 2009, pending on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Kodumudi.

(2) The petitioner agrees to withdraw the petition preferred by her in Crl.R.C.No.294 of 2010, pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court."

In view of the above, the present Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. No costs.
