The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition as the matter has been settled between the parties out of Court. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
