The plaintiffs in O.S.No.64 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Thiruvarur have preferred this revision for

earlier disposal of the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2012. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Even though notice has been served to the respondents, no one represented the respondents.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this revision, this Court feels it a fit case for granting a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2012. Hence, the learned Sub Judge, Thiruvarur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2012 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
