By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The Petitioner submitted an application for cancellation of patta in favour of one Kaliyamoorthi son of Govindan, Panapakkam, T Edayar Post, Thirukovilur Taluk, Villupuram District in respect of survey nos.43 and 7 and the office of the second respondent has called the petitioner for enquiry as well as Kaliyamoorthi vide summons dated 09.12.2014 fixing the date of enquiry on 26.12.2014. According to the petitioner, he also attended the enquiry on that date and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.This Court heard the submissions of Mr.M.Mariappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

4.This Court without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2014, taking into consideration the enquiry summons issued to him in Na.Ka.No.A3/3982/2014 dated 09.12.2014 and after hearing the third respondent, shall pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
