By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims ownership in respect of 8 grounds and 1171 sq.ft., comprised in S.No.8/7 of Vaipur Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk by virtue of registered sale deed dated 07.06.1991 and claims to be in continuous possession and enjoyment of the same. Petitioner would further state that during the first week of January 1998 his property and other properties were clubbed together and put up against land acquisition proceedings and the petitioner on locating his property, submitted a representation to the second respondent to remove the fence and hand over possession of the same and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.C.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court without going into the merits of the representation made by the petitioner directs the second and third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2015, in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
