The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to conduct fresh interview to the petitioner for the post of Animal Husbandry Assistant by issuing correct interview call letter in the name of the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.P.Anbazhagan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr.K.Rajendra Prasath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent on instructions from Mr.Ayub Khan, Deputy Director, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Chennai-6, who is also present before this Court, would fairly submit that at time of issuing call letter to the petitioner, inadvertently, the name of the petitioner has not been mentioned properly. Although the interview was over with regard to all other candidates, the results have not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

declared till date and a special interview will be conducted to the petitioner on 15.06.2017. Based on his performance, results will be declared.

4. Hence, the petitioner is hereby directed to attend the interview on 15.06.2017 at 11.00 a.m. in the office of the Regional Joint Director of Animal Husbandry Veterinary Services, Cuddalore.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
