This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 113 days in filing the grant leave petition to continue the appeal in Crl.A.No.299 of 2015, which was dismissed as abated due to the death of the appellant.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 113 days in filing the leave petition is condoned.
