Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court, the petitioners are before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners ares regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court on 03.02.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.1564 of 2016.

4. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in fifteen (15) days, i.e. 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
