..defendant Civil Suit is filed under Order VII Rule I of CPC and Original Side Rule r.w.IV Rule 1 for declaring the 3rd clause in certificate dated 08.01.2014 as null and void which is filed as document number 18 in the plaint and to direct the defendant to pay damages to the plaintiff to the tune of Rs.25,01,000/- and for permanent injunction restraining the defendant and their men, agents, servants or any other persons claiming through them from damaging the name and reputation of the plaintiff.

For plaintiff : M/s.M.K.Thirumurugan For defendants : M/s.K.S.Ilangovan for M/s.Achari and Antoni Associates.

J U D G M E N T

Both the learned counsel on record and the defendant are present.

K.B.K.VASUKI, J tsh The mediation report along with the mediation agreement dated 06.02.2015 entered into between the parties is duly received by this Court, as per which, amicable settlement was arrived at between the parties regarding the issue involved in the suit. The learned counsel on record for both the plaintiff and the defendant have on behalf of their clients admitted the factum and terms of the compromise. As such, the mediation agreement dated 06.02.2015 is duly recorded and the suit is accordingly disposed of. The mediation agreement along with the mediation report dated 06.02.2015 shall form part of the decree. No costs. Registry is directed to refund entire Court fee to the plaintiff.
