When the Criminal Appeal was taken up for hearing on 16.09.2016 and 21.11.2016 there was no representation for the appellant either in person or through counsel. Hence, the matter was
posted 'for dismissal' on 10.12.2016. Again, on 9.12.2016 also, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, for giving one more opportunity to the appellant, the matter was directed to be listed under the same caption on 21.12.2016. Even today also there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
