O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to recall the non bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Perambalur in C.C.No.355 of 2022.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused in C.C.No.355 of 2022, 1/4

on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Perambalur, for the offences punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

3. The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.355 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Perambalur. Therefore, non bailable warrant came to be issued on 30.01.2023.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

5. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Perambalur, within a period of two weeks from today and file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits 2/4

and pass orders on the same day.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
