Mr.C.Vigneswaran Order This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to comply with the 1st respondent's State Commission Order dated 11/12/2024 and issue a detailed reply to the petitioner's petition dated 29.07.2022.

2. Case of the petitioner is that he is from Scheduled Tribe Community and a Social worker working for the welfare and well being of his community. He filed Right to Information (RTI) petition dated 29.07.2022 to the 3rd respondent seeking information relating to grant of schedule tribe (ST) certificate to the above said community. Since the reply of the 3rd respondent was not satisfied, he filed appeal and thereafter also filed Second Appeal. After a detailed enquiry in the second appeal, the 1st respondent has passed an order dated 11.12.2024, directing the 3rd respondent to issue a detailed RTI reply within 7 days. Since the said order was not complied, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the 1st respondent's order dated 11.12.2024, till date the 3rd respondent had not provided the RTI information and therefore, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the 3rd respondent to comply the order of the 1st respondent dated 11.12.2024 and issue a detailed RTI reply to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of the 1st respondent will be complied within a stipulated time period as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard both sides and also perused the materials available on record.

6. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to comply with the order of the 1st respondent dated 11.12.2024, and issue a detailed reply to the petitioner, provided there is no legal impediment, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
