This petition is filed to condone the delay of 413 days in filing WA.SR.No.44259 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. On perusal of records, it is seen that the petitioner has not assigned valid reason for condonation of delay of 413 days in filing the Writ Appeal. However, considering the nature of the matter, this court is inclined to condone the delay subject to payment of cost.

4. Accordingly, the delay of 413 days in filing Writ Appeal is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee.

5. On payment of such cost, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post the same for admission.
