Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28453 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024 is relaxed. 4.
