Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the order of this Court dated 18.12.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.28489 of 2015, the petitioner is ready and willing to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the wife of the victim and the amount will be paid within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Hence, one week time is extended for making payment, from the date on which, the copy of the order is made ready.
