ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Ariyalur to return the vehicle of TATA SUMO JEEP bearing Registration No.TN 47 D 6996 seized by the respondent police in Cr.No.308 of 2002.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Considering the allegations made in the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. It is open to the petitioner to approach the learned Sessions Judge, Ariyalur by filing application for return of property and if such application is being filed, the learned Sessions Judge, Ariyalur is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
