The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the Habeas Corpus Petition to the effect that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present Habeas Corpus Petition as not pressed, since the Detenu has been arrested by Anna Nagar Police Station, Chennai. 2.Recording the aforesaid fact and endorsement so made, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
