ORDER

The present revision has been filed with the prayer to direct the District and Sessions Court of Chengalpet to dispose of I.D.O.P.No.254 of 2011.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said IDOP was filed five years back and the same is pending at the stage of examination of witnesses. Hence, he seeks speedy disposal of the same.

smi 3.Learned counsel for the respondent has not refuted the contention made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent also agrees for speedy disposal of the said IDOP.

In the light of the submissions made by both the learned counsel and the fact that the trial of the said case had already been commenced, this Court is inclined to direct the learned District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpet to take up the case pending in I.D.O.P.No.254 of 2011 and dispose of the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
