Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 125 of Cr.P.C in Crime No.6 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that the proceedings against the petitioner is pending under section 125 Cr.P.C. and hence, anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed.
