The relief sought for in the revision petition is to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 24.01.2018 passed in OSSR No.2273 of 2018 on the file of the II Assistant Judge (FAC) I Assistant Court, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before an appropriate Court by challenging the order of rejection.
