Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2020 and postpone the tenders issued in notification in Tender Notice No.1/2020-2021/HDO dated 22.05.2020 on the file of the respondent by following the rule 18(5) of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Rules, 2000 on the ground of lock down due to pandemic COVID-19 and till such time not to proceed with the tender.
