ORDER
This matter is taken up for hearing through Video-Conferencing. Mr.V.Balamurugane, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the suit in OS No.141 of 2012 was decreed on merits even on 28.08.2018. This Revision is filed against an order dismissing the application filed under Order 13 Rule 3 to reject Exhibit A32, which was marked on payment of deficit stamp duty. Now that the suit itself has been decreed and nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.
2. Recording the said statement this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
