PETITIONS under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration declaring the second respondent's resolution No.1789 dated 1.4.2015 and the auction dated 21.4.2015 as being ultra vires the first respondent's G.O.Ms.No.92 dated 3.7.2007 and Articles 19 and 21 of The Constitution.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that though these writ petitions are part of the earlier batch of cases, which were disposed of viz. W.P.No.18346 of 2015 etc. cases dated 3.11.2015, due to inadvertence, these cases were not tagged along with the said batch of cases.
3. Since the issue involved is decided in the said batch of cases, these writ petitions are also liable to be dismissed.
