W.M.P.No.11890 of 2026 in W.P.No.9839 of 2026 P.T.ASHA, J., The above miscellaneous petition has been filed by the individuals to implead themselves as party respondents 4 to 8 in W.P.No.9839 of 2026. The main contention of the petitioners herein is that for a similar cause of action, several writ petitions have been filed before this Court, therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General, Assisted by Mr.M.Bindran, Additional Government Pleader for R2 and R3 and Mr.S.J.Mohammed Sathik, learned Government Advocate for the 4th respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection in allowing this petition, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main writ petition.
