Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records and quash the Guidelines for licensing of New Banks in the Private Sector dated 29.08.2011 and subsequently the grant of ''inprinciple'' approval for banking licenses dated 02.04.2014 by the third respondent and further forbear the respondents 1 to 5 from issuance of license for ''Payments Banks'' and ''Small Finance Banks'' for any of the illegal NBFC's and their Promoters and illegal MFI's.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition, as he states that if some illegality is found in any action, he will take action in accordance with law as permissible.

2.Writ Petition is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 also stand dismissed.
