O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the sister of the detenue viz., Ambika, wife of Siva, aged 27 years, sought production of her sister.

2. On 21.08.2018, this Court has ordered as follows:- "The alleged detenue viz., Ambika/Sister of the petitioner is present before this Court. As can be seen from the order of this Court dated 09.07.2018, she has not produced any Certificate of Marriage.

2. We have informed that it should be open for her to visit her children, who are under the care and custody of her parents and that if in any manner she is prevented from doing so, she can seek the assistance of first respondent police. We consider it appropriate and accordingly, post the matter on 22.10.2018."

3. In view of the order passed by this Court on 21.08.2018, no further order is necessary. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
