Respondent(s) PRAYER Calling for the records of the respondents 1 and 2 pertaining to the Memorandum relating to Deposit of Title Deeds, dated 18.11.2005, vide Document No.3684 of 2005, registered at Sub Registrar Office, Gummidipoodi in respect of the property, being an agricultural manavari land, comprised in Survey No.318/2, bearing Patta No.447, measuring to an extent of 1.74.0 hectares (i.e.) acres 4.30 cents, situate at Chinna Reddikandigai Village, Elavur Revenue Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District and quash the same illegal and void and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to discharge the said property consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to discharge the said property from all liabilities.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the memorandum of deposit of title deed dated 18.11.2005, registered as Document No.3684 of 2005, registered at Sub Registrar Office, Gummidipoodi in respect of the subject property and declare the same as illegal and void.

2. In cases of this nature, this Court will not exercise jurisdiction under

Article 226 of the Constitution of India and the petitioner ought to have approached the competent Civil Court.
