(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 16.04.2018 passed in W.P. No. 8882 of 2018 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

learned Special Government Pleader produced copy of the communication sent by the District Collector, Namakkal, dated 10.07.2018, in which, it has been stated that appropriate orders have been passed by the District Collector, Namakkal in proceedings dated 10.06.2018 and the Joint Director of Town Planning, Salem Division by order dated 29.06.2018.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed. However, the contemnor is directed to give copies of the aforesaid proceedings dated 10.06.2018 & 29.06.2018 as mentioned in the letter sent to the office of the Government Pleader dated 10.07.2018, to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
