JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs has filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the suit. It appears that the matter has already been settled out of Court. Recording the memo, this suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Half of the Court fee may be refunded to the plaintiff as per law, if any. Consequently, connected application is also closed. No costs.
