ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of BNS 2023 and Sec 21(1) of Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act 1957 in Crime No. 742 of 2025, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found to be transporting 47 tonnes of stones illegally. Hence, the case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that this is the 3rd anticipatory bail petition preferred by the petitioner. He strongly opposed the anticipatory bail application on the ground that there is no change in circumstances of the dismissal of the earlier petition dated 19.02.2026.

4. Taking into Consideration of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 26-03-2026 SHL To:
