ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 427, 447 of IPC and Section 4 of TN PPDL Act 1992 in Crime No.not known 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case has been registered for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 427, 447 of IPC and Section 4 of TN PPDL Act 1992 which is bailable in nature. Hence, this petition which is filed U/s 438 of Cr.P.C is not maintainable.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
