By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.
2. Petitioner claims to be the Dhrmakartha of Kaikalanthur Mariamman Koil and he is the head of the Organising Committee of the Temple Festival. He submitted a representtion, dated 23.06.2015, to the respondent, seeking permission to conduct a dance programme on 28.06.2015, and, since he has not been favoured with any response, he has come come forward to file this Writ Petition.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the event of the permission being granted, there will not be any law and order problem and also no obscenity and vulgarity will be in place. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders.
4. Heard Mr.RM.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent.

5. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consdier and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.06.2015, in accordance with law, and inform the decision taken thereon to the petitioner, on or before 27.06.2015.
